We pursue innovation in the retail business domain with the goal of achieving the sustainable growth of our Retail Business.

Our Retail Strategy Department is responsible for planning and promoting strategies for ANA Trading’s Retail Business (consisting of A-style, ANA FESTA, ANA Trading Duty Free and in-flight sales on international flights), and works to offer the new value demanded by our customers and society at large. It does this by combining the strengths of various retail businesses and companies with the ANA Group’s know-how, network, and tangible and intangible assets.
