Renewable Energy Business
Taking advantage of the strengths and networks of the ANA Group, we will aim to achieve we aim to achieve net zero emission by 2050 while contributing to the establishment of a decarbonized society.
To achieve net zero emissions by 2050, we will examine the possibility of utilizing strong networks built by the airline group as well as airport functions and important public infrastructure supporting regional economies and societies in order to promote regional decarbonization and improve resilience.
At the same time, in order to contribute to the establishment of a decarbonized society, we will apply our aviation business know-how to develop renewable energy projects, particularly for offshore wind farm and biomass power generation, while also forming alliances with partners with new knowledge and technologies, primarily to adapt to emissions trading schemes (ETS) and negative emissions technologies (NETs).
