“Kinmare Junmaidaiginjo 40” is carefully brewed from Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture which is polished to 40%. This Junmai Daiginjo-shu has rich taste of rice that perfectly harmonizes with fruity aroma.

Sakuramasamune Miyamizu no Hana
Brewed from plenty of Yamada-nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture which is one of the best types of rice for brewing sake. This Light-bodied and semi-dry taste, which extracts the hidden umami (savory) flavor of rice. Also, the yeast 1001 gives fruity scents such as apple, melon and banana.
