Haneya Junmai Ginjo Omachi Gentei Hiire
Made with the popular Omachi sake rice, this sake brilliantly combines Haneya’s typical fruity clarity with the intense, wild flavors of Omachi, a native rice strain. The clear yet rich umami makes it an excellent accompaniment for French cuisine. With its slightly milky nuance, it pairs best with dishes made with creams, white sauces, and other dishes made with milk.

Haneya Junmai Ginjo Tomino Kaori Gentei Hiire
Tomi-no-kaori is a new variety of sake rice registered in 2010 after being developed in Toyama Prefecture. The delicate grains are soft and prone to cracking, but when handled gently, result in a uniquely gentle and mellow umami and a sweetness reminiscent of refined Japanese sugar.
