Establishment of an Aircraft Engine Leasing Joint Venture

All Nippon Airways Trading Co., Ltd. (ANA Trading) is pleased to announce it has entered into a definitive agreement to establish a new aircraft engine leasing joint venture with GA Telesis, LLC (GAT), a global leader in providing integrated solutions to the aviation and aerospace industries, and Tokyo Century Corporation (TC) , based on an in-principle agreement announced in our information “Acquisition of an Interest in GA Telesis” dated October 1, 2018.
