Completion of Acquisition of an Interest in GA Telesis

All Nippon Airways Trading Co., Ltd. (ANA Trading) has completed the acquisition of a 10% interest in GA Telesis, LLC (GAT), announced in our information “Acquisition of an Interest in GA Telesis” dated October 1, 2018.

The three companies of GAT, Tokyo Century Corporation and ANA Trading are also working for establishment of new engine leasing joint venture within 2018.
