In our shop management business, we operate the gift shop "ANA FESTA" at 34 airports in domestic gateway cities of ANA. In addition to gift shops that offer souvenirs from various places, we run other types of gift shops that are equipped with a dining corner where drinks and light meals are offered, food shops concentrating on dining, and Starbucks Coffee franchise shops.
Gift shops sell not only souvenirs but also miscellaneous items and toys throughout the country. In order to "help to deliver a comfortable trip" for our customers, the local staff choose select products that can be found nowhere else but at that airport, and we offer a good lineup in terms of variety in size, quantity and price range. We also endeavor to develop and propose products original to our company that respond to customer needs and current trends.
At the food shop in the Haneda Airport, we offer menus to satisfy the customer needs from light snacks to substantial dishes at all meal times. We also endeavor to serve food of consistent quality promptly at all times.
