We develop five areas of cabin products business on a large scale. The 1st area of business is the planning, development and procurement of in-flight duty free products for the ANA international lines. The 2nd is to plan, develop and procure in-flight products for ANA domestic lines, and the 3rd is to plan, develop and procure in-flight service items for ANA international and domestic lines. The 4th area of business is to provide guest room amenities for hotels and the 5th is molding business, which is to plan and sell items such as a model planes.
Throughout our activities in handling this sort of wide range of merchandize our main focus is always on understanding changes in the times and customer needs appropriately and responding to them promptly. For our cabin products development business, we aim to continue offering products with higher additional value in a wide range of fields.

In-flight sales business
International line in-flight duty free sales
We offer 1st grade articles carefully selected from all over the world, including products from world leading brands. In addition to popular brand products, we also offer a rich line-up of products that are available in Japan as well as ANA original products.
Domestic line in-flight sales
We are working on developing high quality products with brand quality and functionality at reasonable prices, which will satisfy our domestic line customers, too. We offer a product range focusing on original products that are available for purchase only on ANA flights.
Guest room item business
In-flight items
We plan, develop and procure a wide range of high quality in-flight items to enhance customer comfort during the time spent in a rather confined space, and we also make proposals to airline companies. Due to the usage characteristics of these items, we need to validate detailed quality standards and functionality when we develop and make proposals, and these items are also required to have efficient cost performance in production and distribution. Apart from these items, we deal with beverages, liquor and items related to meals, so we are contributing to improvement of in-flight service in a wide range of fields.
Hotel goods
Our main operation is to supply guest room amenity goods and equipment to hotels, inns and other accommodation facilities throughout Japan including worldwide branch hotel chains such as the IHG-ANA-Hotels Group Japan, various city hotel chains and hotel chains specializing in accommodation. Our top priority is improvement of the image and quality of each facility and we are working on development of goods everyday in order to support the comfortable hotel life of customers. These days, we are also focusing on product development not only of domestic products but also of imported brand amenity goods and miscellaneous imported goods. We are developing our business in a manner to contribute to the development of the tourism industry and hospitality industry in Japan.
